If you can't find the answer you're looking for, get in touch.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No, a private appointment does not require a referral. A doctor's referral is only needed if you want the visit to be covered by GESY.

Does MedInDiet accept GESY patients?

Yes. MedInDiet is contracted with GESY. With a referral from your doctor and an approved diagnosis, the visit is covered with a 10 euro co-payment.

How does the first consultation work?

We discuss your medical history, habits and goals, take anthropometric measurements and a body composition analysis, and you receive recommendations and a supportive meal plan.

Do you provide personalised meal plans?

Yes. Every plan is designed around your history, preferences, psychology and daily routine. There is no plan that fits everyone.

Can I have an online consultation?

Yes. Online consultations take place via Zoom or Google Meet, with the same guidance as in person.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Recent laboratory results (within the last 6 months) if available and, if you are a GESY beneficiary, your referral. Please also read the body composition analysis instructions.

How often should I have follow-up appointments?

Most situations benefit from at least one follow-up consultation. The frequency depends on your goals. We often work together for a longer period until new habits are established.

Where is the office?

Kyriakou Matsi 56, 2060 Strovolos, Nicosia. See the map and opening hours on the contact page.

Are there group or corporate programmes?

Yes. Consultations for couples and families, educational talks for schools and organisations, corporate programmes and nutrition for sports teams are all available.
